- In the Candidate Summary list page, what is the difference between the column Source and the column Candidate Source?
- Is it possible to hide one or the other?
- Is it possible to make the column Candidate Source sortable?

Resolution
Candidate Source: is the self-identified source by the candidate if that is an option for them to choose when applying.
Source: Source column will display where the candidate applied this is tracked source by the system (most accurate)
For example: The candidate has been referred to a job requisition. During pre-apply stage, the Candidate Source will be "Employee Referral" and after the candidate applies, the Source column will display where the candidate applied for the job, i.e. Corporate: Site Name.
This column was introduced because of the “Referral program” feature. However this can be useful to customers not using the feature. The Candidate Source includes more details than the Source column.
These are the mapping values. As said the Candidate Source provides better level of source.

It is possible to configure a display options selector (appearing as a gear) where each user can select which columns to display and which to hide. However it is not possible to hide massively to all users: once configured the display option selector, each recruiter needs to do this manually.
It is not possible to sort the candidate summary list page by the column Candidate Source. There is no configuration to control this.
