2081572 - Referral not visible in Referral Tracking Tab - Recruiting Management

• Candidates referred through Employee Referral are not present in the Referral Tracking tab.
• If a candidate is already HIRED they will no longer be considered Active as it was successful, hence they will not appear in the Referral Tracking tab.
• When is a candidate considered "Active"?

The referrals are being filtered by "Active" only.

The user needs to toggle from "Active" to "All" on the Referral Tracking tab in order to see information on all employee referrals.

A referral will only be considered Active if the following conditions are met:

1. The Job Requisition is not closed.
2. One of the following applies to the candidate: 
• The candidate has not applied, or
• The candidate has not been hired and is not disqualified, and the system status is not withdrawn.
3. The referral is not expired.
   • Condition for Referral Not Expired:
   • If the referral's ownership is not tied to a specific Job Requisition(Ownership by Requisition) and has an expiration date, please ensure the current date has not exceeded this expiration date.
   • If the current date is within the expiration period, the referral is considered Not Expired.
