2081577 - Error 693 is returned when running 'create index' and 'dump database' simultaneously - SAP ASE

• An ASE 15.5 or 15.7 database that is bound to a named cache returns a 693 error when 'create index' and 'dump database' are run simultaneously:

Error: 693, Severity: 20, State: 1
Multiple copies of logical page '121688' from database 'AAA' (6), object 'XXXX_198' (272071242), index 'XXXX_198' (-1), partition 'XXXX_198_272071242' (272071242) reside in more than one cache.
This is an internal system error. Please contact Sybase Technical Support.

• The Troubleshooting Guide for error 693 recommends further investigating this issue by using the dbcc page command to find the database ID and page number to identify the caches involved in this error:

Msg 15088, Level 16, State 2:
