• Problem occurred with Data Services after upgrade from BI Platform 4.0 SP6 and Data Services 4.2 to BI Platform 4.1 SP4 Patch 3 and Data Services 4.2 SP2 patch.
• Error appears in Data Services Management Console and after locale repository was created:
  '[DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-204, SQLSTATE=42704, SQLERRMC=BOUSER.AL_LANG, DRIVER=3.57.82]'

• Upgrade from BI Platform 4.0 SP6 and DataServices 4.2 to BI Platform 4.1 SP4 patch 3 and Data Services 4.2 SP2 patch 1.
