2082009 - Unique URL’s for each job req - Recruiting

• Recruiters can send a unique URL link to candidates for the purpose of applying to jobs that are privately posted internally or externally.

Go to [Admin Tools > Manage Recruiting Settings] select the “Enable URLs for private postings” checkbox. In the “Job Posting” page of each Job req, there would be a unique URL associated with each of the following posting types:

• Internal
• External
• Internal Private Posting  (you must contact customer success for this option)
• External Private Posting (you must contact customer success for this option)

The URL would be made available to the recruiter in the postings page from where they can copy it and then use it however they wish. The URL would only be available as long as the posting is active.

When the URL is sent to a candidate via email or other means, they would click on this URL to come to the job posting. If the posting is still active, they would see the usual job posting page with description etc. and would have the option to apply for the job. If the posting is inactive, they would see an error/warning message just like today when they reach the job posting page for an unposted job.
