Resolution
- Go to Settings>Groups>Create New Group:
- Create dynamic group of users who you wish to have write permission configured into the Candidate Profile template. It is recommended to use a general user to define the dynamic group to be sure this user will not be set inactive. See this KBA. Note: The user who creates the dynamic group is the only user who will be able to see the dynamic group via Options > Groups.
For example; user 'admin' created the Recruiters dynamic group, then 'admin' is the only user who can see the Recruiters Dynamic group and can edit this group, add and/or remove users to be a part of the dynamic group. - After creating the group it is required to setup the permissions on your Candidate Profile. In case you are not working with your partner, this can also be done via Manage Templates: 3004143 - How to Add a Dynamic Group on the Candidate Profile via Manage Templates - Recruiting Management. Please also see section Configuring Dynamic Groups to Associate Permissions in the latest version of our Implementation Guide also for further details.
