SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
In the candidate profile template it is possible to grant permission to recruiters to edit specific fields and background elements for external candidates. However the permissions are not based on roles (there are no roles or operators associated with candidate profiles). The permission will be granted to users defined within a specific dynamic group that is defined and linked in the candidate profile template.
To set up this solution you need to create in Options > Groups the dynamic group name to be configured into the Candidate Profile template. It is recommended to use a general user to define the dynamic group to be sure this user will not be set inactive. See this KBA. Note: The user who creates the dynamic group is the only user who will be able to see the dynamic group via Options > Groups. So, lets say user 'admin' created the Recruiters dynamic group, then 'admin' is the only user who can see the Recruiters Dynamic group and can edit this group and add or remove users to be a part of the dynamic group.
After creating the group it is required to setup the permissions on your Candidate Profile. In case you are not working with your partner, this can also be done via Manage Templates: 3004143 - How to Add a Dynamic Group on the Candidate Profile via Manage Templates - Recruiting Management
