2082104 - Get Feedback is not supported in SuccessFactors Recruiting

• User becomes blank after sending the job requisition to another user via Get Feedback.
• The following error is received after clicking Get Feedback from the Actions list:

Your request has not been processed successfully. Please try again.

The Get Feedback can cause corruption to the job requisition, currently with the user, becoming blank. This feature is not supported in Recruiting.

How to turn off the Get Feedback option for a job requisition template:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Form Template Settings
2. Click the job requisition template name
3. Select form template settings

• This feature is ON when "Disable Ask For Comment Routing" and "Disable Ask For Editing Routing" are UNCHECKED:

 

• Get Feedback will be available in the Actions list.

 

• To turn this feature OFF, SELECT/CHECK "Disable Ask For Comment Routing" and "Disable Ask For Editing Routing":

 

• Get Feedback will no longer appear in the Actions list.
