2082124 - Hired On Other Requisition Status - Recruiting Management

When a candidate is hired, the system will automatically disposition their other in-progress candidate statuses to a status of "Hired on Other Requisition." ​

1. Admin Center>Manage Recruiting Settings>Enable switch "Automatically disposition non-selected in-progress applicants on closed requisitions to status 'Hired On Other Requisition'" and save the setting:
   
   
   
2. Admin Center>Edit Applicant Status Configuration>Ensure System Status "Hired On Other Requisition” is enabled by default.

How it Works:

• When candidate is moved to Hired status (or is currently in Hired status) and the job requisition is closed (automatically or manually), there is a Provisioning job (moveCandidatesToHiredOnOtherReqStatus) that gets triggered to check all other candidate's active application and move these applications to Hired On Other Requisition status. The job requisition that the candidate will be moved to the status Hired On Other Requisition status must not be closed else the candidate won't get moved. 
• Candidates can only be moved into the status "Hired on Other Requisition" by the system. Any user cannot manually move the candidate in this status. 
• If the automatic disposition feature is enabled, you cannot disable the Hired on Other Requisition status.
• The user who closes the Job Requisition that an applicant is hired on will be the user that appears in the candidate's applicant status audit trail for their other in progress applications. The user will also appear as the Job Creator and Owner for the Quartz job in provisioning -  Move candidate(s) to Hired On Other Requisition Status when the Job Requisition was closed that the candidate was hired on.
• Candidate application will have to be set as an in-progress status not have been rejected. 
• Candidate cannot be moved to this via API as this is a system status which only the system can move the candidate to.
