Symptom
- Verifications Inc has split into two companies, Clickboarding and First Advantage. They have provided a list of clients which should be submitted to clickboarding which I have attached. All others should go to the verifications email. You should include all pertinent information on the case (candidate name, user name, req id etc ) and the SF case number. You will then get an email notification with a ticket number back from then. All correspondence should be cut and pasted in the case as a private note and update client as usual.
