2082161 - Viewing Candidates in Multiple Statuses - Recruiting Management

In this article we are going to present a way on how to view candidates in a pipeline for multiple statuses of your choice.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

Of course by clicking on the “View all candidates” link on the top right will display all the candidates in the pipeline. However it is possible to show the candidates in specific statuses using the CTRL key on the keyboard. This is the procedure:

1. Click on one status (e.g. Short List)
2. Holding the key “CTRL” on the keyboard click on another status (e.g. Interview One)

It is possible to continue to add any number of statuses

Use cases: If you need to see not only one status, not all statuses, but you want to focus on some specific statuses at your choice.
