Is it possible to report on Interview Central data, including ratings for competencies, recommendation, average rating and comments?

Interview Central data is not completely reportable.
 
  The only two possible reportable fields are:

• Interview Result under the Application section which shows the average rating for the specific applicant who was rated:

 

•  Assessment Rating Scale Name under the Job Requisition section which shows the rating scale name for the ratings:

 

The other solution is to query the Interview Central data using OData API. Please refer to the following Knowledge Base Article for more information about this integration: 2251702
