Symptom
What are the standard withdrawn statuses in DPCS 2.0?
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
- When DPCS 2.0 is enabled 3 new standard statuses are automatically created to all pipelines (status sets): “Deleted On Demand By Candidate”, “Deleted On Demand By Admin”, “Declined By DPCS”:
- New Applicant Statuses:
Application Withdrawn by Candidate
Deleted On Demand by Candidate
Deleted On Demand b Admin
Declined DPCS
In the pipeline:
In admin tools > Edit Applicant Status Configuration
-
These statuses are all in the section “Withdrawn Statuses”. With DPCS 1.0 only the “Withdraw By Candidate” was available.
And these are the meaning:
Status |
Description |
Availability |
Withdraw By Candidate |
Status for candidates if they withdraw a previously submitted application. |
DPCS 1.0 & 2.0 |
Declined DPCS |
Status for candidates who have revoked their acceptance of the data privacy consent statement after applying to requisitions. |
Only DPCS 2.0 |
Deleted On Demand By Admin |
Status for candidates who’s candidate profile was deleted by an administrator. |
Only DPCS 2.0 |
Deleted On Demand By Candidate |
Status for candidates who have deleted their candidate profile. |
Only DPCS 2.0 |
-
These statuses are standard ones and cannot be disabled.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if the multi-stage application is also enabled, these 3 new statuses need to be permissioned as all other statuses. Because these are automatically added to all pipelines, please consult your partner to make the changes in appropriate templates as the permissions must be specified for these 3 new statuses for each operator (including the candidate).
