2082303 - SQL Anywhere: using OUTPUT statement results in syntax error

1. An SQL Statement similar to the following is used:
   SELECT * FROM Employees;
   OUTPUT TO 'c:\\temp\\Employees.txt'
   FORMAT TEXT;
2. When the above statement is used from DBISQL this works as expected.
3. When used from an application other than DBISQL the statement failes with a syntax error: Syntax error near 'OUTPUT'
