2082579 - How To Review Security Setting - Onboarding 1.0

Onboarding 1.0

1.  Go to Security, Groups, highlight the group, select Assign.

2.  Select Process and select Forms on Demand or Process you would like to check

3.  Notice the Activity Steps Permissions.  Users in this group will have access to Forms on Demand (FOD)

4.  To see the pdf icons in the WQ the View Activity Documents must be marked.

Admin users may delete activities from the WQ.

5.  Select the Admin group and select Edit

6.  General Properties, Allow delete HRData gives the user the ability to delete activities from the WQ.

7.  Other Admin permissions
