How to sort Onboarding Work Queue?

Onboarding Classic Dashboard

The Work Queue can be sorted into several ways:

• Process
• Index Field
• By Assignee, Monitored Activities, Notification's Form and Files to Attach

Sort By Process

Work Queue can be sorted by processes, select the Process name to reflect the New Hire activities in the Work Queue result section.

Sort By Index Field

Once a Process is selected in the Work Queue Summary, click the Index Field or the column name to sort the activities in ascending or descending order. The first click will sort the selected column in ascending sequence, and the second click will sort in descending sequence.

Sort By My Activities, Monitored Activities, Notification's Form and Files to Attach

• My Activities - When selected activities will show in the Work Queue result section if new hire's record have the login user's EmployeeLogin ID in the HRData Key (Assignee)
• My Monitored Activities - When selected, if the login user have permission to the Process and Activity Step, outstanding activities will show in the Work Queue result section
• All Outstanding Activities - When selected all outstanding activities of New Hires will show in the Work Queue result section
