Symptom

Adding a user to a group  is a simple process for administrative users of the Onboarding dashboard.

Resolution

NOTE: User must be set up under “SECURITY” / “ USERS”

  1. Click on “SECURITY”

          

  2. Click on “Assign Groups to USERS”
  3. Find the USER NAME (Login Name)
