2082782 - How to delegate an activity to another user - Onboarding

User 1 is going on a vacation and wanted User2 to take care of the Onboarding activities assigned to User1 (for example). This can be done through delegating the activity to User2.

1. Create a Delegation group in security
2. Select activity and monitoring steps
3. Add the conditions
4. Add User2 to the created delegation group

To delegate an activity to a specific user, please follow these steps.

1. Create a Delegation group in security

2. Select activity

3. Select monitoring steps

4. Add the conditions

5. AddUser2 to the created delegation group

6. Search the work queue ofUser2
