Resolution
- For each process Work Queue activities can be categorized using appropriate filters.
- To search activities:
- Select the process by clicking on the appropriate tab in the Work Queue.
- In the Search Work Queue panel in the right portion of the dashboard select a filter in the Search By dropdown list, displayed in the first line of the panel.
Search by filters allows you to search by:
- Assigned to
- Activity
- Due Date
- First Name
- Last Name
- Middle Name
- Employee ID
- Job Title
- Department
- Location
- Assigned User Login
- State
- Country
- Company
- Gender
- Ethnic Group
- Department/ Company/ Division/ Location/Job Code
- Creation Date
- Hiring Date
- Hiring Manager Login
- Recruiter Login
- Unassigned
- Reason
- Alien Authority Date
- Department Type
- Background Type
- Activity PJ Code
E-Verify processes you can also search by the additional parameters:
- Case Verification Number
- Alien Number
- I-94 Number
- Date of Birth
- Case Status
- Enter the additional parameters of filter into the second line of the Search Work Queue panel. For example, if the Assigned To filter is selected, enter the First Name and Last name of the user, responsible for completing the step. If the Activity filter is chosen, select an activity form the drop down list, which contains all activities of the process.
- Select the type of activity in the Show field: Outstanding, Completed Activities and All Activities for selected search filters and parameters.
- Click the Submit button. The Work Queue will display activities found according the selected process, search filter and parameters, and types of activities.
