2082821 - iOS Enterprise Application Policies cannot be saved while inventory is running and PKG1008 error is logged

Symptom

  • When uploading an .ipa file into an iOS Enterprise Application Policy, you are unable to "save" the policy, nothing appears to happen in the UI
  • 'PKG1008: Error adding \"...ipa" to database' is seen in the Afaria Server Message log
