2082863 - Onboarding: How to Turn on the PDF View and Indices in DocumentCenter

• If your OnBoarding system does not display the View or Indices Icons, as HR admin, you may ‘turn on’ these icons.  Please review the steps and screen shots below.

• In the dashboard, click the security tab.

• Once you are in the Security tab, double click the line for the Document Center under the group tab.

• A dialog box will present.  Check the boxes for ‘Allow view document’ and ‘Allow view document indices’.  Then click update.  You must log out and log back in for the system to update the DocumentCenter.

• *Note* you should always test your changes in the QA site first.  Once you have tested in QA and you confirm the updated, you may then make the updates to your production site.
