2082921 - SAP Jam - How to Set a Secure Passcode in Jam Mobile Application

Is it possible to add a Security Passcode in SAP Jam mobile application?

Your company administrator can choose to enforce a regular or alphanumeric passcode for your organization. If your company administrator has enabled the strong app passcode mode of 8 to 12 alphanumeric characters, you can also enter special characters in addition to numbers and alphabet characters.

Note: If you are using an older version of the SAP Jam mobile app, and the company administrator has just enabled the strong app passcode mode, you will see an "Unauthorized Access" error message. Please ensure you have upgraded to the latest version of the SAP Jam mobile app.

In order to turn on the passcode feature, as Company Administrator:

1. Go to SAP Jam
2. Click on the cog icon
3. Navigate to "Mobile"
4. Click on "SAP Jam Mobile App"
5. In "Passcode" choose the adequate option according your policies
