2082922 - Restore accidentally deleted Wiki Page or Blog Post

A wiki page or blog post was accidentally deleted in SAP Jam and the user wants to know whether it can be recovered.

Deleted wiki pages and blog posts are moved to the Trash and can be restored, as long as they have not been permanently purged.

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Trash
3. See that your blog post is there.  
4. Select the post and click Restore Items.

If the item has already been permanently deleted, it cannot be restored. Permanent deletion occurs when the user or administrator manually selected Purge Items, or an automatic purge policy configured by the company administrator has run. If permanent deletion has occurred, content cannot be recovered by SAP Support.
