If your page isn’t yet ready for public consumption, you can hide it so that only you and Group Administrators can see it.

1. After you’ve added the content, click in Publish and then a pop up with the Permissions will be displayed, and you can set permissions to visibility for this Wiki. Also, in Publish Settings > Options you can set a future Publish and/or Expiry date:
