2082992 - PI: CPA Cache fails with SaxParseException

Symptom

  • In Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO), when running a Full or Delta CPA Cache refresh this fails with the error below:
    Couldn't parse Configuration Data cache update XML string from Directory.
    org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.
