When saving newly added lines for an account-based calculation business rule, the following error appears and the rule cannot be saved:
"An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause"
The issue may happen if some lines of a rule were deleted before.
