2083253 - Crash in RelocatableHeap::LoadCrossHeapPtr when calling a system proc encapsulated in an user proc - SAP IQ

IQ crash at will in RelocatableHeap::LoadCrossHeapPtr when:

• a user executes a system procedure encapsulated within an user stored procedure
• and this user is not the owner of this stored procedure.

The crash appears on any platform, from IQ 16 SP 0 up SP 8.0.3 (newest SP by the time this KBA is written).
The procedure call worked fine on IQ 15.4.
