• You can target a specific person or people by notifying them using the @user_function or @@notify prior to publishing the wiki page
• Colleagues can also search for any documents or wikis pertaining to items of interest. Both the title and the body of a wiki are searchable
• You can make your wiki even more visible with additional searchable keywords using hash tags (Add new tag or Add tags). Note: Under Tags, enter your search terms, beginning with a #. Tags cannot have spaces – separate words with an underscore.

    Tip:

• Keep your search terms relevant and concise by using existing tags.  To see what tags are already in use, go to the company tab and select tags from the menu on the left.
