2083722 - HANA Live Browser gives the error: "failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500."

Symptom

  • The HANA Live Browser gives the error: "failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500." After you enabled debug database traces for component: XSEngine | xsa:sap.hana.xs.formlogon. You can see the following error in the XSEngine trace file.

           error: Attempt to load lib 'libxsauthenticator' failed. Lib is not allowed! (package='sap.hana.xs.formLogin', obj='login.xscfunc').

  • The error could also happend with lib: InformationAccess, libtrustmanager, libxsauthenticator, libxssaml, libxsbase, libdpproxy
