2083790 - How to test a function outside NWBC environment

SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC) is a rich user interface client that can integrate various UI technologies, in particular SAP GUI, Web Dynpro ABAP, and SAPUI5.
When an error happens to a function integrated in NWBC, this function need to be tested outside NWBC environment to narrow down the root cause.

As an example, function "WDR_TEST_UI_ELEMENTS" is a Web Dynpro integrated in NWBC, this KBA can show how to test it outside NWBC environment.
