Symptom

In case not sure whether a cache server is used, try to check as below:

  • Cache server was installed successfully.
  • Cache server location was added in tables SDOKLOC (transaction OALO) and SCMSHOST (transaction SCMSHO).
  • Cache server was defined in table SCMSCACHE (transaction SCMSCA).
