2083985 - No Option To Download The Content of An Activity Into An Excel File

You need to extract the data from a fine-tuning activity, however there is no export option available in the activity to do so.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Open the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the currently active implementation project.
4. Click on the Open Activity List button.
5. Click to open an activity.

Here, it is possible to see that there is no option to export the activity to an Excel file.

Currently the export feature is only available for activities involving code lists for integration.

The system works as expected.

As a workaround, it is possible to use the Configuration Change History report to export activity content. This can be achieved with the following steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Access the Reports view.
3. Open the report Configuration Change History.
4. Go to the Fine-Tuning Settings tab.
5. Select the relevant fine-tuning activity in the Change History of Fine-Tuning Settings table.
6. Uncheck the Changes Only box.
7. Click Download Change Details.

After the download, the activity data can be found in the downloaded .xlsx file.
