From this page you can find the following options

1. Left Panel for "Plans"
   • Plan Summaries
   • You will see a left column that can be hidden or shown that displays the current plans you have and their status.
     The left side menu lists all the active compensation and variable pay templates in your instance. The plan type (salary, bonus, or stock) and the number of launched worksheets are also listed for quick reference. By clicking on the plan name, you can access Summary Information specific to this plan.
   • Copy Plan: Clicking the copy plan icon you can copy or clone your existing compensation template.

1. Set Up a New Plan
   1. Add new compensation plan
      • Import a new compensation plan template.
   2. Add new variable pay plan
      • Create a new variable pay plan.
2. Data for all Plans
   1. Actions for all plans
      • Data imported and set up in this area will impact all plans.
        Access the Actions for all plans link. This page includes administrative tasks that apply to all plans, including managing lookup tables, currency conversion rates, salary ranges, and more.
3. Reporting
   1. Rollup
      • Summary of compensation planning and budget information.
   2. Aggregate Export
      • Export all compensation data from a plan.
