  The "Summary" page within compensation planning has a wealth of information and is a doorway to many levels of additional information on the following major areas:

• Compensation

• The Compensation Summary Plan Page contains initially displays a summary of the selected plan including:

• Plan Status
  Plan Published  = Published
  Hierarchy Type  = Standard Suite Hierarchy
  # of Planners  = 9
  Worksheets Launched = 9
  # Employees on Worksheets = 58

• Routemap Progress
  # of worksheets
  Complete Salary Planning = 9 9 (100%)
  Comp Admin Review  = 0 0 (0%)
  * Note: The Route map progress section can only display information based on the steps that were in the routemap at the time of launch. Meaning that if you modify someone's worksheet by adding or editing a route map step then the Routemap Progess box will NOT reflect that change.

• Budget > shows a summary of budget information (more info on budgeting)
  Budget (% spent) Merit and Promo, Spent, Remaining, Lump Sum

• Eligibility > shows summary of employee eligibility for (more info on eligibility)
