SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Guidelines can be created based on 6 standard fields plus up to 3 custom fields. Admins may now create guidelines based on country, region, business unit, job function, or any attribute relevant to their compensation strategy.

Known limitations:

• Editable custom field - will not be supported in 1408; 
• Reloadable custom field – will be supported;
• Money type custom fields - will not be supported;
• Enum fields - will not be supported in 1408;
• Formula fields - will not be supported in 1408;
• Cross tab referenced fields - will not be supported;
• Will support range for number fields.

 Adding the guidelines:

1. Create custom fields using the Column Designer:
   
   
2. Select custom field on the Add Guideline screen:
