Symptom

  • From plan setup we select Define Planners and get the error: An application error occurred. Please try again or notify support if the error keeps occurring.

Cause

  • Planner permissions are not correctly set.

Resolution

  • Please review the compensation admin permissions set for this person and grant them at a minimum permission to manage programs. [CMP-8478]
