Symptom

  • Error importing objects into Data Insight.
  • Error:  "Views/VW0010_CMSD_LO_QUANT Channel_Mgmt.v_chnl_trns_qty.xml while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.length() of a null object loaded from local variable 's' Failed to read XML content for View {0}. Skipping import of this view."
  • Happens on views built off of views.
  • Views using another view as a source have issues with importing into another environment.
