Resolution

Overview of Quick Cards

  • Quickcards are the small rolodex-card icons shown next to each employee’s name in most name lists in the system.
  • For example, you will see the quickcards next to employee names within your My Forms page or My Goals page.
  • When you click the quickcard, a pop-up "card" window opens and displays contact information about the person in the top half of the card, and links to their performance areas in the bottom half of the card.
  • Quickcards are a convenient way to find information about an employee in one view.

Compensation Quick Card

  • Within a compensation plan a quickcard will show next to an employees name under the default name column.
  • In order to use this feature you will need to have v11 or above enabled via provisioning.
  • To do this please naviagte to provisioning> Company Settings> Compensation> Compensation form UI V2 [requires Version 11 UI framework (ULTRA)].

  • Once enabled please logout and back in for the changes to be applied. This may take up to 30 minutes once enabled.

Note:

This provisioning option will also need to be enabled to view your form headers. Should this option be disabled your form header/title will not be visible.

For example, below from the inbox we can see the title of this form is "Instance test".

However when accessing the form the title is not visible.

Enabling the provisioning option will allow you to view the heder/title of the form.

Customisation

  • It is not possible to customise the cards or disable them from showing within the instance when using the latest version of the worksheet.
