How to enable the feature Executive Review: enable form view (This will disable team view)

To use Form View in your Executive Review it first needs to be enabled via support. Open a case and request it to be enabled for your instance.

NOTE: Support & Partners can enable via Provisioning > Company Settings > Enable Form View in Executive Review  

Once enabled for your instance your administrator can enable it for users on a per template basis. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Select Compensation > Compensation Home
3. Select the form Template to enable this for
4. Go to Plan Setup > Settings > Advanced Settings
5. put a check on Executive Review: enable form view (This will disable team view)

As indicated this is going to replace Team View. When this option is enabled, field level filters on executive review will not be available as shown in the screenshot below. 

This mode is NOT supported if you use Planner mode.
