2084822 - Error - You do not have permissions to execute any Compensation Management functions - when trying to add a note - Compensation

• Why are users/planners getting this error message while trying to add Notes?

• Unable to add Notes on Compensation Form/ You do not have permissions to execute any Compensation Management functions

• Compensation

• Insufficient permissions

• Reason why you’re seeing this error message is that the users in question doesn’t have "Compensation Management Permissions"

To resolve this issue follow the steps below:
For RBP Environment

1. Log in to the instance
2. Go to Admin tools
3. Under Manage Security click on Manage Permission Roles
4. Select the role to which the users in question belongs to
5. Click on Permission button
6. Scroll down to the Manage Compensation option
7. Check the Compensation Management Permission
8. Save Changes
9. Logout of the instance and login again after 2-3 minutes.

For Non RBP Environment

1. Log in to the instance
2. Go to Admin tools
3. Under Manage Security click on Compensation Management Permission
4. In here grant the permission to the users in question.
