Symptom
- This article explains how to report on percent and not values in report table reports.
- How do I report a percentage as opposed to the value?
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
Resolution
Report percentage from standard Compensation fields
The SAP SuccessFactors Application does not store the percent directly in the database unless configured to do so, which is likely why you only see the amount.
In order to get the % percent in the Report Table tool you will need to have your compensation template configured with a custom field that has a custom calculation that calculates the percent, which you will then be able to pull into an Table report.
The other alternative is to use Visual Publisher. Visual Publisher is a premium reporting feature.
Note: This would only apply to new forms going forward and would not result in existing forms.
