2084863 - Executive Review - Offline Edit Email Notification - Compensation

In Compensation there are two types of email notification that can be send it to planner and current owner of the affected compensation form after executive review import (offline edit), they are:

To enable the email notifications follow the steps below:

1. Go to Admin Tools;
2. Compensation Administration;
3. Manage Compensation Executive Review Permission for either an individual or group of users;
4. Select the “Executive Review Edit Permissions” options;
5. click the <Grant Permission> button;
6. Go to Compensation;
7. Executive Review tab;
8. Select the Compensation plan;
9. You will see two options in the bottom of the page:

• Send email notification to original planner/manager of the affected compensation form;
• Send email notification to current reviewer of the affected compensation form;

This is a Universal Feature available to all users with “Executive Review Edit" Permission.

Also,if you would like executives to be able to edit completed worksheets then also enable "Allow edit of completed Compensation forms".

1. You may have enabled "Allow edit of completed Compensation forms" in Admin Tools > form template setting > for the compensation template:
   (Note: this is an Executive Review feature and does not apply to worksheets themselves. You can only edit the data via executive review not directly from the completed worksheets or via imports when this is enabled)
