What are the benefits of this feature?

Enables the admin to upload new templates.

When to use this feature?

When uploading a new template or copying a template from test to production etc.

Here are the steps on how to add new templates.

  1. Compensation Home > Add new compensation plan.
  3. Enter a name for your new template, and then select a file from your desktop.
  4. Or you can add from SuccessStore:
  5. For variable pay, the only available option on that page is to add a new one by populating data as per business requirement
  6. And for Total Compensation plan you can either upload an xml or copy from existing template by combining a salary plan and a bonus plan
