2085251 - Worksheet Design - Column Designer - Configuring Form Fields UserName from EC - Compensation

Symptom

The Column Designer allows you to add/edit/delete columns setup within your configuration.  A field type "userName" has been added for comp-field-definition.  It is a read only field type available for custom fields

Environment

Resolution

  • Admin Tools > Compensation > Compensation Home > Select Plan > Plan Setup > Design Worksheet.

  • For EC-enabled plans, customer wants to display the first and last name of the Second Manager in the compensation form (the Second Manager is not the planner). This is jobRelationshipInfo in their EC configuration.

 

How to Get It

  • Customers with EC-enabled templates who wish to extract and display EC job relationship information will require PS consulting assistance.
     
  • A new field type "userName" has been added for comp-field-definition.  It is a read only field type available for custom fields. From the Column Designer, select “Custom Field” then Column Type UserName.
