2085314 - Renaming Navigation Fields - Compensation

Symptom

This article explains how to rename the main navigation fields/tabs: Salary, Bonus, Stock

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Compensation inbox
  2. Select a compensation form
  3. Upon opening, you will see at least one of the following tabs: Salary, Bonus, or Stock

Resolution

You can rename/relabel your Navigation fields Bonus, Salary and Stock by following these steps:

  1. Go to Admin Center > Compensation Home
  2. Select Your Plan
  3. Click on Plan Setup > Design Worksheet dropdown > Design Worksheet
  4. From the field "Which type of fields would you like to configure:" select "Navigation Fields".
  5. Define the default labels for each available navigation field/tab, as well as for the various languages you have.
  6. Click Save once finished.

  7. When the plan is launched the users will see the new values for the navigation buttons for that specific worksheet.

Note:

  • It will not apply to any other templates - each template needs to be set individually
  • It will not apply to live worksheets users already have. Make changes before launching.
