2085315 - How to adjust the position of UWL action buttons

Symptom

In the Universal Worklist (UWL) portal application, buttons can be displayed in different positions. Action buttons can be displayed above or below the item list, or even below the preview section of the UWL.

You need clarification in regards to what are the configuration options in regards to the position of these action buttons, so that to configure the UWL according to your needs.

Following is an image showing two of the possible places where the buttons can be configured:
