2085321 - Worksheet Design - Planner loses visibility to plan after a manager change - Compensation

• During the compensation cycle the planner loses visibility to the worksheet he was planning for after a manager change occurred.
   
   

• Company uses regular manager hierarchy in the compensation worksheet.
   
  After a manager change the planners are negatively impacted and cannot see worksheet.

• Compensation

• Client using regular MANAGER hierarchy.

• Change to SECOND_MANAGER
   
   
• If there are planners that will be planning for people outside of his/her direct and indirect hierarchy, then the SECOND_MANAGER method is the way to do.
