2085501 - HTTP Status 404 - Dynamic Recipients in Crystal Report Server

Once you choose a Web Intelligence/Desktop Intelligence as a source for dynamic recipients in Publication you receive below error.

• Crystal Report Server 2008 V1
• Tomcat
• Windows 2008 R2

1. Login into CmcApp
2. Navigate to Folders
3. Click Manage -> New
4. Select Publications
5. Input name to Publication in General Properties
6. Select Source Documents
7. Click Add, select a Crystal Report & hit OK
8. Select Dynamic Recipients
9. In the drop down you will see both Crystal Reports & Web Intelligence/ Desktop Intelligence
10. Select Web Intelligence/ Desktop Intelligence & receive 404.

Crystal Report Server only has Crystal Report services & Application deployed on the server.

We see both Crystal Reports & Web Intelligence/ Desktop Intelligence as a drop down in Dynamic Recipients as the template is similar for both Enterprise & Crystal Report Server.

This is by design.

In Dynamic Recipients select only Crystal Report as source documents.
