- This article reviews why Organizational Unit based Custom Member not viewable
- Organizational Unit based Custom Member not viewable under Special Functions within Limit By section while an Organizational Unit hierarchy is selected in Report By section. Desired outcome is to be able to use Custom Member.

Resolution
- In this instance, since an Organizational Unit is already selected within the Report By section, you cannot filter again by Org Unit based filter, such as a custom member built off an org unit. The site will always attempt to only allow you to make valid choices by hiding items that are no longer valid based on the selections currently made.
