• How to report on the creation and last modified information of a position? 
• Who made changes to the position XYZ? 
• Was the position XYZ created by the Sync Position Model? 
• When was position XYZ last modified?

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

It is possible to create a Succession Ad Hoc Report with creation and last modified information on the positions. For Legacy and MDF Position nomination methods, it's possible to include the following fields:

• Created By (username, first name and last name)
• Created Date 
• Last Modified By (username, first name and last name)
• Last Modified Date

For Legacy Positions, it is also possible to include the "Created Using" and "Last Modified Using" fields, which indicate if the position was created/last modified using the Position Import, Sync or manually.

The above columns are available in all three types of Succession reports (Inclusive Succession, Succession and Succession History). To report on this data, you should go to Reporting > Report Center > New > Report - Table > select the Succession domain according to your nomination method > include the above columns in the report.
