2085963 - The Succession Planning by Position Report does not display the Ready Now successors correctly

Why doesn't the Ready Now Status sheet on the Succession Planning by Position Report show any Successors, even though there are Successors that are Ready Now?

The Succession Planning by Position Report  requires a rating scale which includes a rating text description of exactly "Ready Now". If you have modified your Succession rating scale this will cause this standard report to not work because it actually checks for the string "Ready Now". 

Note: The "Overall Successor Readiness" and "Readiness by Division" sheets will correctly display the number of Ready Now successors, regardless of the rating field text description "Ready Now".
